In the constant efforts to bring tourism growth to Israel, that by the way, is breaking all previous records, the national carrier El Al and many other foreign carriers are opening new routes to destinations we never dreamed about.
El Al flies the newest Dreamliner to new destinations
Direct flight from Tel Aviv to Tokyo
El Al will launch a direct route from Israel to Tokyo, Japan, marking the first-ever direct flights between the two countries.
Flights will begin in March 2020, using three of El Al’s new Boeing Dreamliner 787 jets. The company will begin selling tickets soon.
The Tel Aviv-Tokyo flight will take 11 hours and 15 minutes, while the return flight will take approximately hours and 30 minutes.

In 2018 approximately 20,000 Japanese visited Israel, and this number is expected to rise thanks to the new direct flight. 40,000 Israelis, on the other hand visited Japan during 2018.

New Flight Tel Aviv to Toulouse
Among the newest flights to Israel, EasyJet has opened a new route to Toulouse in France that will start operation October 2019.
The city of Toulouse, located in the south of France, is the fourth largest in the country and is a great destination for vacation, visiting friends and family and shopping. The city, on the banks of the Garon River, is known for its unique architecture and is called the “pink city” because of the pink terracing that characterize the buildings.

The direct flights to Japan join a list of other new direct routes launched recently by El Al, including to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and most recently seasonal flights to Las Vegas, Nevada and Orlando, Florida.
While the Israelis are avid travelers, these new flights will open new possibilities for Jewish and Christian tourism to the Holy Land.
RwandAir to fly to Tel Aviv
RwandAir, the national carrier of the Republic of Rwanda, in the center of Africa, has announced that it will commence direct flights to Tel Aviv, the economic and technology center of Israel, from its Kigali hub starting from June 25, 2019.
RwandAir will seamlessly connect tourists and business travelers between Tel Aviv and its network three times a week via its Kigali hub. This new route will be operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays by a Boeing 737-800NG offering 16 seats in business class and 138 seats in economy class.
They are planning to promote tours of Pilgrims to Israel from all over Africa through their hub in Kigali.
